Common questions

• How do I join a team? Ask someone in the team for the invite link. Open it, or paste it under “Join a team” in the app.
• I don't get notifications. Check that notifications are on for the app in iPhone Settings. Admins set the time under Admin → Settings.
• Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a link.
• Delete your account? In the app: Settings → Delete account. See also the privacy policy.
